    I bought this in 2014, and it shows up in my library with my other films i bought.

    Same error occurs on Xbox app and Windows 10.

    Bought A Movie And Didnt Get An Email Receipt

    Purchased through the films & tv app from microsoft. The movie was the extended edition of Gettysburg. I havent purchased anything else recently so i cant tell you if it will happen again or not. Previous ones before this one were fine.

    If you are talking of movies you have purchased from the Films & TV app, then you do not need to do anything, as the Xbox 360 and Windows 10 have their own Films & TV app, just log in on the device you want to watch those movies, and then launch the app.
    Your movies should show.

    If you have movies that you have purchased elsewhere and using the app to watch them. You only need to turn on the play to option on the xbox 360, then when you start the app on Windows 10, start a movie, then in the bottom corner of the film there will
    three dots. Select it, and choose cast to device. The Xbox 360 should show up. select it, and it should play on your console.

    Error code 0xc101a3ff for a laugh I'm asking you how to resolve this....

    I know this is a complete and utter waste of time...

    I have bought a movie on Xbox and it wont play.

    I'm getting the Error code 0xc101a3ff.

    Anyone got a fix?
    OK as I thought, useless....

    So Guy's what you do is...

    And this is the easiest way..

    On Xbox go to the Film and TV app...

    Go to purchases, find your movie and DELETE it.

    Then go to the Microsoft Store and search for your Movie/TV Program.

    Click watch...and amazingly, yep, amazingly it will work.

    You can then stop it and watch it through the Film and TV app purchases if you like or just carry on.

    You do EXACTLY the same on Windows 10...

    Man Alive I should work for Microsoft...

    I am also getting this message and cant look at the market place etc.

    And Dalek Nation ... yes can run apps that use live , watch tv / films using my tv app and can play games like black ops online in a party with voice aswell. Basically if its on my 360 I can run it as if live was working 100%

    However games , movies , music marketplace etc and probs 1 or 2 other things cannot be accessed
