I can't play on minecraft realms why?

dabear64 has Minecraft Windows 10 and bought a realm (da bear clan) and who has Minecraft Java can not get into the realm. has been invited, yet I see no invitations to join. has tried the email link to the realm as well,
but still can't link together or join or play in da bear clan realm. Please advise so we can enjoy our new minecraft realm.

The thing is, that minecraft realms is on 1.19.20. So with 1.19.10 I cannot join realms. I can't understand why I cannot get the .20 version. On my laptop I don't have this problem at all. Even uninstalling, and downloading the game via the latest launcher does not help.

Write in English. I play Minecraft on Nintendo switch. I log in with my Microsoft ID and play. I was playing with realms, but now I can't log in. It stops at the screen that is forming the terrain. Is there a solution?

Welcome to the Xbox Community Forum. Thank you for sharing your concern with us today and we hope that all is well.

Please follow these steps in order to change your privacy settings:

1. Go to account.microsoft.com and sign in with your correct Microsoft information
   
2. Select “Privacy” from the top ribbon and then select the Xbox icon which will bring you to your Xbox account
   
3. Under “Xbox Series X|S, Xbox One, and Windows 10 devices Online Safety” please make sure that “You can play with people outside of Xbox Live”, “You can create and join clubs”, and “You can join multiplayer games” are toggled to “Allow”.
   
4. Select “Submit”
   

The changes to your privacy settings typically take place automatically. To confirm that the settings have changed, please sign out of your Microsoft Account and back in and repeat steps 1-3 and see if the settings were the same.

Additionally, please make sure that you have entered in the correct information for your birthday. If your Xbox DOB and Microsoft Account DOB do not match you may have issues like this.

If you cannot change your settings due to being in a Family, you may have a Child account and will need parental consent/permission to change your privacy settings. If you are under the age of 18 it is highly recommended that a family account is in place and organized by an adult so that your privacy and safety is more secure.

To leave a family group, sign into the Microsoft Family Safety site. Under “Your family”, you will see a tile labelled “You”. Click the three vertical ellipses (…) and select “Leave family group”. Again, if you are under 18 it is highly recommended that you have a family group in place.
