    Unauthorized update to Premium

    I logged in yesterday to play the solitaire daily challenges and without warning or prior authorization, the game updated me to Premium. I DON'T WANT PREMIUM. Please change my account back to the way it was - plain, vanilla, free, Solitaire collection.

    Error Code 0x87DD0005 ??

    I've seen lots of posts about this problem --some dated even 2 years ago; however, I see NO solutions yet. Please help.

    I'm on Windows 10 and have used the Microsoft Solitaire Collections for many months without any problem. In the last week or so, I occasionally got a pop-up saying I needed to enter my Microsoft Account "password" -- and this was when I wasn't trying to
    play my daily solitaire game.

    On about 3/09 I began not being able to get to the Solitaire Collections, because of some error code "0x87DD0005". It did not recognize my Microsoft account. However, I can go to www.xbox.com and see my account profile just fine. Meanwhile, I can only play
    the daily solitaire as a "guest". I paid for Premium, and I would also like "premium service" on this issue please.

    I cannot play the Daily Solitair it's locked and says coming soon. Could you please help with this problem? This is a new hard drive in this computer. I can play the standard Solitair games.

    Suddenly today I can't play my Daily Challenge solitaire games. It said to check the internet connection, but it's working fine, as I am able to get into other games like Mahjong and word games. Is this because it is Jan 1st? I have been playing this every day for years, and want to continue. I have tried turning my computer off then on again, but I get the same message.
    It seems to be working now.

    Same question and same description as everybody else have played for years with no problem, just solitaire daily challenges, others fine and internet ok. Surely somebody at Microsoft should be available to sort this over the holidays. We pay enough for all the 'services'.....Happy New Year eeverybody :(
