    I can't play my realm on my xbox


    According to my xbox, it says that my account is "not set up correctly". I've clicked the link to "fix it" but minecraft still won't recognize it as an adult account. I purchased the realm and it shows that I have a subscription but it does not give me
    the option to join due to "my account being not set up correctly" how can I fix this? I've tried making a new account making sure it has the right information and if it's an adult account but it still won't allow me. I've uninstall and reinstall minecraft.
    Everything I do doesn't work.
