NBA 2K17 Legend Edition Gold Pre-Order page on the Microsoft Store, you can find your NBA 2K16 items by doing the following:

35,000 VC can be instantly redeemed in NBA 2K16 by searching for "NBA 2K16" on the Xbox Store and downloading the "35,000 VC for NBA 2K16 (PreOrder Incentive)"

Yeah I'm positive I have gold because my friend was sharing it with me plus I put in a 14 day gold trial and I can join Xbox Live parties just can't play online on NBA 2K16.

Trials do not give your account Gold. They only allow you to use certain features of Xbox Live and sometimes will only work with the game they came with.

Are you sure you have Gold?

At the time of this posting, your gamercard shows your name in silver, indicating you are still on Xbox Live Free (non-Gold).

I never played NBA 2k16, but I'm sure the reason why you're getting that error for the "MyPark" feature is because your account doesn't appear to be Gold.

It happens to two games that I am playing recently. One is Nba 2K16, another one Rise of Tomb Raider. For example, if I was to play MyGm on Nba 2k16, I would be taken to a conversation with the gm regarding the team I was playing. During the conversation,
the gm would tell me that some player in the roster is not feeling wanted, then I was given three options to choose, such as change the roster positions. Everytime when I choose the 2nd one, my Xbox One goes back to the home screen like what happens here in
the video I uploaded. If I choose another option, my game progresses in Nba 2k16. It did not happen when I was playing Nba 2k16 until this year. So I don`t know if it is the problem of my games or my console. I have also done factory reset with everything
I downloaded to my console removed, and the problem is still there.
