I can’t play my NBA2k19 game

I was playing my game yesterday and everything worked fine. My subscritions are active. I try to play again today and im getting this error code. I tried everything suggested. How can i fix this problem.

if you played the game over the weekend you won't be able to play now unless you purchase the game as it was free for the weekend

Did you download it as part of the free play weekend or have you purchased the game?
