    I just got my new xbox series s two days ago and for the first day i had no problems but i switch it on day two and now i cant load any game i got no error message just goes back to the dash bord any help i will be much appreciated.

    Besides "0x8027025a" do you get any other message?

    Are you connected to the internet via Ethernet cable or WiFi?

    The games you are trying to play are tied to your profile , are discs or from other user profile?
