I can't play my games no more

Hello, good evening, days etc

I just wanted to ask 2 things. I can't play my games, why? And, when I try to download them again, there's an ''error downloading, trying to download again'' and actually never downloads again. I won't mind a little help, thanks.

Windows 10 Updates. You might also want to look at our

Hi there,

I'm assuming you are on a Xbox One, please check and try the following:

First, are you using the same account that was used to purchase the games.

If so, then please try the manual power cycle steps like mentioned on the following link, be sure to wait at least 60 seconds before powering on again:

http://support.xbox.com/en-us/xbox-one/console/power-cycle-console

Also be sure to check if there is an update available for the console via Settings - Updates & Downloads (or similar in name)

If this isn't on the Xbox One then please provide the device you are trying to download the games again.
