    Unable to Play Downloaded games due to Error code 0x87de2713 and 0x87de2714

    Same here, all my games are digital and i cant play nothing. Like 1,200 dollars worth of games, can't play any. What ???

    Same for me. Tried to play Assassin’s Creed Origin and nothing. Got the same error code and it said the account that bought the game has to be used to play it. Well I’m playing it on the account I bought it on and it’s not working.

    i tried multiple games, including subnautica, 7 days to die, GTA 5, Call of duty IW. none work and i even sometimes get a code saying i need to be signed in as the person who purchased them. when I PURCHASED THEM. no one else. please fix asap.

    I understand you need help with your game issues.

    What error are you getting when trying to play your games?

    Is this for your Xbox console?

    Let's refresh the console's system cache and see if this helps.

    NOTE: This will remove the profiles on your console, make sure that you remember the email and password to your account.

    No data or game saves will be lost doing this, everything is backed up to the cloud servers.

    1. Press the Xbox button to open the guide.

    2. Select Settings.

    3. Select System.

    4. Select Console info

    5. Select Reset console.

    6. Select Reset and keep my games & apps

    This will also help sync the data on your console properly.
