I cant play mw2

    I preordered mw2 a month or so ago i played the beta and just downloaded it to try play and it says i need to buy the game when i litterally bought it a month or so ago i went and checked microsoft help and it said see if your order has been cancelled and my order has disappeared? I bought the game with my account and i’m confused why i can’t play the game? I checked my order history fully i’m on the right account, the account that on my xbox that says i have it it’s not on any of the filters i went through each one just incase there’s a glitch or something like it’s literally not there it’s got all my purchases i don’t know where it’s gone. when i look on manage games an add-ons on mw2 in my games and apps it says i have everything installed and basically ready to go with all my saved data and everything but if i go on microsoft store and look on mw2 it says manage or choose edition. when i press manage it says nothing is installed when it obviously is. so if i click on it and try to install it it says check back in a bit we’re having trouble getting your stuff right now and it’s said that each time i’ve left it on for an hour nothing changed?

    You can try waiting the business days to see if finally the refund appears in your account

    If you have the order number associated with this purchase (the confirmation email from the Microsoft store)

    You can reach Microsoft support and verify if the transaction was indeed cancelled or not

    Cant wait for Terminal. I loved that map. Should play a lot different without all the OMA noob tube and claymore spaming that was in MW2.
