    I can't play multiplayer


    Help I can't play multiplayer because i have been having 100% packet loss since i got my Xbox one, i've been trying to troubleshoot but I have not been able to find out what is wrong I can use youtube and Netflix as well as download from the store but I
    am not able to play games that use multiplayer, please help me.

    I can't play in multiplayer

    Hello,

    I've just bought a prepaid card for 3 months subscription Xbox Live Gold. It worked but when I want to play a game it says : "The current profil can't play xbox live". The card expires in March 2018.

    I changed networks settings but still doesn't work. I tested the connection and it works fine and I can download free games by Xbox Live.

    Hi, i bought my xbox one s a few days ago, i activated trial of xbox gold and i CAN'T play multiplayer games, WHY?? I go to networking settings and see strict nat type and double nat, i'm not understand this properties. Why should
    I look for and solve these problems. I want to plug and play. I also have ps 4 pro and i'm not have these problems, i connect my ps to ethernet cable from wifi router(or over wifi) and can play any multiplayer games without any problems. And i connect same
    cable to xbox and this doesn't work. Also internet speed is too slow, half of my internet speed. Why i need to spend my time for these problems? Early i had windows PC, and i installed forza horizon 3 and i had same problems with nat.

    Please list the make and model number of your modem and router and state whether you are using wireless.

    With this information it will be easier for someone to help you.

    I am using an Xfinity Technicolor TC8305C cable modem and it is connected by an ethernet cable.

    Have you tried using a different Ethernet cable to rule out a faulty cable causing the issue?

    You will have to change the privacy settings to be able to play multiplayer; however, if you are a child account, you won't be granted access to the link since it requires an adult account to change them for you!

    Hey Oscar -

    What game are you trying to play? Is it all games or particular ones? And when did you activate your Xbox Live? Sometimes it can take a bit for the system to register your Gold status.
