I can't play multiplayer Minecraft. Why?

I have multiplayer ALLOWED but I can't still play multiplayer on minecraft why?

maybe you don't have xbox live or its just a bug

Hi, so I don't actually pay for the gold subscription but I still can play gold games and online multiplayer. so I don't know why I can't play minecraft online multiplayer.

Hello, @roccofalcone are you trying to split-screen? If not and you are trying to play online, you might have it disabled please follow these
instructions Press the Xbox button  on your controller to open
the guide, and then go to Profile & system > Settings > Account. Select Privacy & online safety > Xbox Live privacy > View details and customize > Communication
& multiplayer. If you have it enabled then you need gold.

One of the common reasons why some Minecraft players
are having trouble joining other worlds is Xbox One NAT settings. If The NAT type on your console is set to Moderate, you should still be able
to play in multiplayer games
but other players may not be able to play together with you in a multiplayer session.
