I can't play - : Modern Warfare® - Data Pack 1 is currently not available.

I downloaded Modern Warfare. I have finished every COD game, and for all the others, I could just download the game.

For this one, I had to download stupid Warzone. Then I downloaded the campaign pack, that is all I want to play. But when I try to play, it says that the Data Pack is missing. Fine.

But when I try to download the data pack, it says "Call of Duty®: Modern Warfare® - Data Pack 1 is currently not available."

I get this message on both my Xbox One, and if I try to do it on the Xbox Live page (see picture below)(.

This is really frustrating. I have bought the game, need the data pack to play it, but the data pack is not available. This is for days now. How can they do that? What am I supposed to do?

Found a solution to data pack 1 currently unavailable. If you take a look at the dlc page in game they’re is a pack called ‘multiplayer/special ops compatibility pack’ , after installing this I was able to gain access to multiplayer without installing data pack 1 or 2.

How did you go about getting the refund? I just bought the digital edition and it’s completely unplayable bc of this issue.
