If this is about how your account is being set up, please make sure to check your privacy settings. But most of the time this is cause by the account being a child account.

Check if you have a family organizer here:

If you do not, please have an adult account add you to the family so that they can change your privacy settings and allow you to play multiplayer here:

https://account.xbox.com/settings

Only adult accounts have access to the settings and that can only be changed if you are already added to the family group.
