    We purchased "Minecraft: Java & Bedrock Edition for PC" about a month ago and we bought a new the PC. Whenever we try to play the game, it directs me to the webpage. I don't know what to do. Also, it shows like I didn't purchased the game at all.

    After you bought the new computer, did you install the Minecraft launcher and put the same account that was on the old computer?

    If it was redeemed on another account then you would need to sign in with the account that redeemed the code.

    Any content you claim or purchase will be linked to your account not the device you play on at the time.

    Make sure it is the right type of minecraft you are trying to play.
