    I can't play it.


    After installing the 10 DVDs, I followed the instructions of the Aerosoft, and the "Install" button for the XBOX application appeared, so I pressed it.

    When I did so, the message "Preparing..." kept coming up. The message "Preparing..." kept coming up. Preparing..." followed by "Error 0x00000001" at the end.



    Applicable software: MS Flight Simulator 2020 Japanese Version Premium DX

    Hi, You could do with being a little more specific, Is it all games? Digital games? Games from a disk? Do Apps work? can you connect to xbox Live?

    I can't play it.

    First of all, launch Windows PowerShell as an administrator.

    Then type this code in PowerShell window: “get-appxpackage Microsoft.GamingServices | remove-AppxPackage -allusers” and press enter.

    This process will take a few minutes, wait for a while. (or seconds)

    Now in the same window type this command: “start ms-windows-store://pdp/?productid=9MWPM2CQNLHN” and press enter key. (if it opens the store, install the gaming services)

    After this, restart your computer and install the game again

    I have re-upgraded to windows 11, but unfortunately the error code comes up again.

    When I press the install button for the XBOX app, the error comes up after a while.

    I also did a clean install of the XBOX app, but to no avail.
