    i paid a code 48 hours gold live for my xbox one, but i can't play in live, Every time I want to launch a multiplayer games, the console asks me to pay a gold subscription while i enter my code 48 hours. While the console tells me I have a subscription of
    48 hours and I can download the exclusive games gold. Can you help me please.

    Can't play live

    I'm having the same issues. I can't access any online servers for any games I've tried battlefield 4, madden 17, gears of war 4, and call of duty. My Xbox connection is good and my Xbox says I have a good multiplayer connection when I test it yet can't play
    any game online

    Hey there RodrigoPotato95,

    Is the issue happening in all games or one in specific? Have you tried to remove your profile from the console and then re add it to see if it helped?
