I can't play halo 5 guardians

Hi i am having problems whit halo 5 i can't play any custom games when i try joining one i enter the lobby and the game says the match is loading after a few second the game says i have been disconected from the halo 5 servers pls halp... ;-;

Hi ok so i tried the power cicle and stuff i even asked my friend to try entering a game and he could enter the games and the message i got was the ''unable to join please try again'' i am curerently reistaling the game if this not works i will repor the
error again but i acept some more advices till then. Ps:my internet is fine.
