i cant play halo 5 beta need help please

it wont let me play at all it says play untell 29th and i put in the 2nd code please help me or resend me the inv code to me please this is not right

i cant play halo 5 beta and it out and i have the master chief collection and its not letting me play and if i try to click on halo 5 beta it just skips passed it idk what to do

Same thing happened to me and Xbox customer support told me to post on the forums because there was nothing they could do. So can I please get a new code sent to me?

 

I am having the same exact issue. I was told to usenthebforumsnby Xbox online chat support. Another code please? I want halo 5 beta!!!! Lol

Hey guys, if you're like me you probably redeemed the codes on the website. I found out this morning that the second code to grant early access doesn't seem to work on the website. Open your message on the console and click Redeem Code 2 Now. That should
download the early access so you can play.

 

That's exaclty what I did. I tried your suggestion. It did not work. it says the code has already been redeemed.

 

I'm not sure what to tell you then. Guess I just got a little lucky.
