I can't play halo 5 anymore

I paid for and downloaded Halo 5 Guardians but a couple days ago it came up with an error, I tried to restart my Xbox one but when I launched halo it showed the error, I kept checking my bank account but it's not showing a refund, and I know that it's not
taking forever because last week I got paid, so if you could please make it to where I can play halo again it would be greatly appreciated.

I can't play online anymore!

Double NAT happens, when (at least) two devices are doing "Network Address Translation".

Your Router has only one internet connection, but "hides" multiple devices in your home (like your PC, Laptop, the console, a tablet and your smartphones) behind that one internet address.

So when data comes in from the outside internet, you need to tell the router to which device the incoming data has to be sent to.

The trouble is, that a lot of internet providers are running out of IPv4 addresses, and start to hide multiple customers behind a Carrier Grade NAT (CG-NAT) or tunnel network traffic through IPv6 via DS-Lite.

If you are stuck behind such a Carrier Grade NAT, incoming multiplayer data into your ISP wouldn't know if it has to go to your house, or to the Millers next door, or to Mr. Smith further down the street, similarly to the router not knowing if the incoming
data should be sent to your Xbox console, your PC or your sister's smartphone.

While you can set up port forwarding rules on your own router, and telling it, that Xbox Live data on a specific port has to go to the Xbox, there is no way to configure the router at your Internet Provider.

So please contact your internet provider, and ask them (if necessary, get a supervisor or someone with more technical knowledge) if you are put behind a CG-NAT with DS-Lite.

If so, ask your provider to give you a public IPv4 address that is not NATed.

I can't play online anymore!

Double NAT means you are having ports conflict on the router.

You can try the instruction here: https://support.xbox.com/en-US/xbox-one/networking/double-nat-detected

Or in last choice you can reset your router. This will do a factory reset to the router and will erase any ports opened.

If restarting your Xbox One didn't help, let's have you try uninstalling the game and reinstall it to see if that helps. Let us know how it goes

That's the Septagon emblem, not a Cog btw. If you've played H3 or ODST they're unlocked too, if you've played Marathon

urandal on XBLA as your last 5 games that's another one. If you played Halo CE or H2 on PC and have your disc key that's another one.
Bungie pro nets you another (looks like either an AR or BR, can't remember which) while it's still available, and if you unlock 5 of the ones I mentioned I think that unlocks a Helmet. The Bungie one isn't available anymore, and afaik- the star can't be unlocked
unless you have the Halo App on your Iphone. Although, that may not be available anymore either.

That error is happening in my halo game

I have 1 month without play halo 5

For that reason

It happens when I try yo play online only

I used to play in central América

But now

I'm living in Spain

Since I came here could'nt play online anymore
