I can't play gears of war 2

my problem is that I can not play gears of war 2, this only happens with my account, in the account of my brother and sister if I can play the game but with my account the game remains frozen and I can not interact with the command, so turn it off I have
to press the on or off button.please I need help

Since last week I can't play my Gears of War 2 using my profile, but I can play with the other profile in my console.

I've phoned the Microsoft Technical support service (the code of the phone call is 1158213361) and they told me that I probably played a multiplayer "illegal" game and I've been banned.

Last day I played, a player called [mod removed] sent me a message offering me the oportunity to join a play wich lasted 30 minutes and in wich i would earn 300000 XP, but I didn't played the game, but I played with him other games before (those seemed
to be normal multiplayer games).

What can I do?

First off, you aren't allowed to call out other players on the forums. If you didn't play the game that he offered but played with him at other times, odds are you were in a modded lobby and got banned by the developers for it. You would need to take your
issue up with the developers of the game.

Try to perform a
power cycle (press and hold the power button for 15 secs) and try again.

 

Try also redownload your profile: remove profile from console and perform power cycle after that, turn on and sign in back again
