I can't play Gears Of War 2 Multiplayer

Discus and support I can't play Gears Of War 2 Multiplayer in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; When I tried to change the match type from "local" to "Social Xbox Live" in the multiplayer section, it says Cannot Play Online Your current gamer...     I can't play Gears Of War 2 Multiplayer


    When I tried to change the match type from "local" to "Social Xbox Live" in the multiplayer section, it says

    Cannot Play Online

    Your current gamer profile settings do not allow playing online games. To continue, all signed-in game profiles must have settings that allow online play.

    What I have tried is

    - Testing network connection, xbox live connection

    - sign in my xbox live account again

    How can I enable the online play settings? I can't find it. Please help

    Thanks for getting back to us! The link provided by our ambassador denis97g will guide you on changing these settings online so it will work even if you're on the Xbox 360 console. Go ahead and try out what the link says on Xbox.com
    and let us know the results!

    Note: Don't forget to remove and re-download your profile on the Xbox 360 after making the changes
