    I can't play games or use apps...PLS HELP


    So i was going to play some fifa today and when i started it it kept loading and loading until i quit the game and tryed to use internet explorer to see if something was going on but the same thing happened and again with titan fall and twitch.

    Can someone help me e realy dont know what to do...

    Got a little problem

    Today i reset my xbox one using 'keep apps and games'. When the console turn on again i lost my old account, because i forgot about my email address and i can't play my favortites games. Can i get my email again or sth like this ? Pls help.

    Listen to Zinacef...do a hard reset. It should clear up any issues that you're having.

    Hey PaperzMask, i already got that app but when im loged in and try to Play a game it dont work! Is the Problem Maybe that i used the Code at the xbox app on cell/smart phone? i thought it will work at xbox AND pc. Pls Reply

    Why can’t I log into my account on my Xbox 360?

    I'm having the same problem & have now for days & because I can't login i cant use any of my apps! All I want to do is get on my hulu or even youtube to watch something after a long day at work! I'm sick of this happening and can't seem to find a solution.
