I can't play games from Xbox app on pc

To better isolate your issue, we would like to ask for few questions:

1. May we ask if you have an Xbox Game Pass Subscription?
   
2. Are we signed into same account on Xbox app and Microsoft Store?
   
3. Did you get an error message or code? Please post a screenshot and conceal any personal information.
   
4. May we ask if you have antivirus, antimalware, VPN, firewall, proxy and PC Optimizer installed in your PC?
   

Suggested troubleshooting:

• Please update PC, games and Xbox app.
  
• Restart and disable antivirus, antimalware, VPN, firewall, proxy and PC Optimizer.
  
• Please run a repair for the apps (Xbox app and Microsoft Store)?
  
• Please sign out and sign in back to your account on Xbox app and Microsoft Store.
  
• Clear the store cache by typing “wsreset” in the Windows search bar. Run this as admin and wait for the screen to close and open the store automatically.

Ok, now my Xbox App is updated but still the same error and i can't start the game from the App. If i play the Game Xbox Live doesn't recognises it so its not showing in the Friendslist. I think this PC Title needs to be updated in the Xbox Live Database
or something like that.

I can normaly play EA games from game pass for example "Unravel Two" but I can't play games from game pass via xbox app. When i try to play game from game pass via only xbox app. I can't synchronize data and i have to log in, and then the xbox app shows me a code 0x89235107.
