    Games online would not load and then it wouldn't leave me sign into my profile to play offline even..I got it sorted after a few hours of trying things..I just reset the console in the end but kept me games and apps.so it was only a matter of setting it up again and adding my Microsoft account again.. so all sorted nowšŸ˜šŸ‘Œbut thanks anyway..I had to do the same on me 2 kids boxes too.
