I can't play Fable 2 on my X Box One

When I try to play Fable 2 on my x box one (previously owned a 360 I played it on) the Xbox doesn't recognize my profile somehow, even though I'm signed in on Xbox one. It asks me to download a profile but then says it can't connect to the network even
though I am connected to the internet.

End result is, I can play the game but CANNOT save because the game is not recognizing my profile (which my console is definitely signed into and it won't download the profile because it says I'm not connected to the internet (which my console is definitely
connected to the internet.).

I tried a FACTORY RESET and THAT DID NOT WORK.

I tried uninstalling and reinstalling the game and THAT DID NOT WORK

I tried restarting the console and THAT DID NOT WORK

I own the disk copy and the console prompted me to download an update the first time I installed the game on the Xbox one.

Try accessing the Xbox Assist app on your console for further help with this. If it is a backwards compatible game, the inability to sync may be due to a data incoherence problem. Check out Xbox support as well.

I have the Fable 2 Collectors Edition Disc and play the game fine but I can't access my Xbox 360 special content. I added the code for the Fable 2 Master Chief Armor and sword on Fable 2 launch and was able to use on the Xbox 360 but can't access it on the
Xbox One. The DLC isn't listed in the DLC menu and I can't access the Xbox One Xbox360 Emulator download history to download the content to the Xbox One.

I have received an E-mail giving me a code to download Tom Clancy's rainbow six siege beta. Nowhere on the e-mail does it say only for X-box One, PS4 and PC. Since I have entered the code and attempted to download it and spent almost 2 hours with tech support
to find it can't play on X-box 360 my question is.... Will it be available on the X-box 360?
