I can’t play call of duty Cold war

I am trying to play Call of Duty black ops Cold War , but I keep on getting the message that said “there was

a problem launching your game or app.” When I got that message I try uninstaller and installed but it won’t install. And I search up tips and nothing is helping me.

At this stage just call of duty black ops Cold War and apex legends I also play call of duty modern warfare and it works fine

I have an Xbox one s ,I don’t have any external storage units and I have the game digitally and when I try to install it, it will cancel and when I reset my console it show that I still have it downloaded
