I can't play apex for more than 3 minutes

Everytime I load Apex Legends for a couple of minutes the game gets a error message and puts me in the sign in screen

Try performing a hard reset EXACTLY like this. Hold the power button on the console for 8 seconds or until the power shuts down completely.
Unplug the power cord from the back of the console for 5 minutes.
Plug the power cord back in and restart the console.

I've also had this issue on Destiny. Started 2 weeks ago. I'm connected to my campus network at the University I attend. I can't stay connected for more than 10 minutes, can't talk in parties for more than about 2 minutes. Even on games that don't run
on peer-to-peer servers - like Apex Legends - I can play maybe 3 matches before my Xbox freezes. I know I'm not the only one experiencing this problem here. My brother gets the same error codes I do on the same network with a much newer Xbox.

with friends we will play apex or rocket league mainly sometimes call of duty but only private matches. apex doesn't accommodate for more than 3 friends so we turn to rocket league private match.

with family jackbox party games are always a laugh.

I just started playing Apex, but I like it a lot more than Fortnite.

Tried them all.

The last one didnt exactly work becase when I had downloaded the update launcher and executed it it told me I already had the latest version and nothing more could be done.
