    I can't play any Xbox Game Pass Ultimate Game


    Hi, 2 days ago I subscribed to the Xbox Game Pass Ultimate and I was able to play every game on the list. After changing my account address (because I wanted to log in with both of the two addresses) I have not been able to play anything, is there any solution to this problem?

    The error code is this: 0x803F8001

    Just to make extra sure:

    Are you having Game Pass Ultimate, or just Game Pass (without Ultimate)?

    If you say your sister can't play online Multiplayer, then you (or she) would need a separate Gold Membership or an upgrade to Game Pass Ultimate.

    Game Pass allows you to play the games available in the Game Pass subscription. But to be able to play online Multiplayer, a Gold subscription or Game Pass Ultimate subscription (which contains Xbox Live Gold) would be necessary.

    The upgrade of any prepaid time to Xbox Game Pass Ultimate can't be reverted back to Xbox Live Gold, Xbox Game Pass, or EA Play, and you can't receive a refund for these subscriptions. You can, however, rejoin Xbox Live Gold, Xbox Game Pass, or EA Play when your Xbox Game Pass Ultimate subscription ends.

    gamepass not sharing properly

    As ngocphi has pointed out, you can't download X/S games to an Xbox One console. The account with the actual Game Pass Ultimate subscription can play these games via the cloud but cloud gaming is not sharable. It is a feature only available to the account with the subscription. A second account on the "Home" Xbox One will not be able to play any X/S games through the cloud unless they actually purchase Game Pass Ultimate.
