I can't play any Xbox 360 games on my Xbox One S - Error 8015000a

Hi Everyone,

Today I bought my first Xbox. I purchased Ultimate Gamepass about 6 hours before writing this an downloaded three games; Skate 3, Skate, and STX. I can't play any of these game like I want to. I purchased this Xbox basically FOR these games and I can't log into my account. Here is what happens:

- While logged into the account that has game pass, I will open one of these games.

- The game will prompt me to log into a profile, so I click downloaded profile. I have no other profiles on this console.

- I enter my email for my Xbox account, then I get the error. "Sorry, there's a problem with the credentials that you're using the sign in. Go to accounts.live.com to fix the problem. 8015000A"

I can't play these games sometimes, or save any data. PLEASE HELP ME. I have been chatting with customer service and went through two people who couldn't do anything over the time of over 2 hours. I have checked connections, changed my password, unplugged, restarted, and done everything that they asked. Someone please help me.

Threatening microsoft really won`t get you helped any quicker.

I have friends that have downloaded the games without issue.

It seems that there are some players on Xbox 360 experiencing the same issue as you.

I'm starting thinking that could be a temporary issue with the Xbox 360 servers

By the way, I already let Microsoft know about this issue in that thread, hopefully an agent is going to reply as soon as possible

If the issue persist please try waiting couple hours or even until tomorrow to see if the issue finally gets fixed.

Also, please try this in your console. Just in case:

Go to Settings > System > Console info > reset, then press keep my games and apps

Once your console do the factory reset keeping the content, add again your profile and give it a new try
