I can't play any online games on my xbox one

I read over the thread and it seems you have tried almost everything troubleshooting wise but I noticed you haven't re-installed any of the games that are having issues connecting to the servers. Since you have confirmed that your Xbox is connected to the
Xbox Live servers and if the developer servers are up and running, then the game files themselves may have gotten corrupted.

Uninstall your games having trouble, perform a hard reset and power cycle, then re-install the games once the Xbox reboots.

Let us know if you still aren't able to play online with those specific games.

Thank you so much Diego for answering me ^^!,i was about to follow your steps,since seems like a good idea and basically i don't have nothing to loose deleting the game because i was unable to play those anyways,and when i turn on my xbox and i open the
games affected,they are working again ,OMG im so happy to be able to play again,i have a lot of stuff to do,thank you so much for the time Diego and your idea and of course thank you all for helping me and for having the time for answering me ^^,idk what
do i do to fix it but its finally working again

Thanks for the replies. I'm sorry to hear about the issue with playing 360 games online. To help clarify:

• What is the error message you receive?
• Does this only happen on certain games?
• Are you able to connect to Xbox Live?

Try this and let us know the results.

Try performing a hard reset EXACTLY like this. Hold the power button on the console for 8 seconds or until the power shuts down completely. Unplug the power cord from the back of the console for 5 minutes. Plug the power cord back in and restart
the console.

at this time.Please try again later or visit blackops 4 status for updates" ,and gta v says "The Rockstar game services are unavailable right now.please return to Grand Theft Auto V and try again latter," but it's wrong,because my friends are playing that
both games
