I can't play any online games on my xbox one

Hello everyone!,i'm having a really annoying problem since 2 days ago,i can't play any game online,when i try to connect with the online servers the game instantly drops a error message,i've try to
play with my xbox 360 to see if my connection it's the problem,but my xbox 360 works flawless,every online game i try to open works,i hope someone can help me with this,i see too that my friends can play the same games i was trying to play with no issues

Backward Compatibility Issue

I have both xbox 360 and xbox one. I can play any game online on my 360 with a wired or wireless connection. I can play any xbox one game online with a wired or wireless connection. But I can't play a backward compatible game online on my xbox one unless
i have a wireless connection, and i prefer to use wired. Does anyone know how to fix this?

last week I bought an xbox one s, but I can not play online any game, when i want play online the xbox say that my profile can't play online, ¿why i cant play online if i have 6 months of gold?

Try performing a hard reset EXACTLY like this. Hold the power button on the console for 8 seconds or until the power shuts down completely. Unplug the power cord from the back of the console for 5 minutes. Plug the power cord back in and restart
the console.

Thanks for helping me out killerkaesar!,i already try this but unfortunately still the same ,that's what is worrying me more,the stats are ok,the console is connected to xbox live and the nat type stills open u.u

i didn't do anything

Thanks for the replies. I'm sorry to hear about the issue with playing 360 games online. To help clarify:

• What is the error message you receive?
• Does this only happen on certain games?
• Are you able to connect to Xbox Live?

Thank you for answering me XBF Crystal!,No,the problem it's actually with new gen games,i'm sorry if i was not clear,i put the xbox 360 example because i just want to let them know there's not problem with my internet connection,it depends of wich game i'm
trying to play,but generally says the servers aren't available,and this happen on all my xbox one games ,i think i'm connected with xbox live because i see all the adds and if i go to the network settings say's im already connected to xbox live,i even create
and pay xbox live gold membership on a new fresh account and it happens the same u.u

Sorry to hear that you're dealing with this issue.

It seems to me that your Xbox One is not exactly communicating to Xbox Live the way it's supposed to.

Based on the info that you have give and the fact that your internet connection is solid and easily accessible, I would suggest doing what we call a soft reset of your console.
It's a reset of your console back to factory settings but one that does not uninstall any of your games or apps and is a really good troubleshooting step for most issues.

Just make sure that before you go ahead with it, that you do know all of the sign-in information for any/all of your accounts(asthey
will be removed) and have easy access to your internet network.

Also make sure that you select the option denoted
reset and keep my games and apps.

at this time.Please try again later or visit blackops 4 status for updates" ,and gta v says "The Rockstar game services are unavailable right now.please return to Grand Theft Auto V and try again latter," but it's wrong,because my friends are playing that
