    I cant seem to be able to play any of my games. All it ever says is thati neex to renew my xbox game pass but i dont own that i only own hard disc so i dint know hos to solve this ive contacted xbox support and they just say they cant help me like why

    Do you have any enforcement action against your account?

    Do you get any error codes while trying to play your games?

    Have you done a hard reset/power cycle on the console. Press and hold the Xbox logo on front of console until it switches off, waiting atleast 30 seconds before switching it on again.

    Yes that is the reason why you can not play online, there are many ways to fix it you google it. Seems kinda difficult but I know you can do it!
