I can't play any of my game pass games!

1. Confirm Xbox Live service status
Sometimes the Xbox Live or Xbox Game Pass service may be down, preventing you from connecting to online games or accessing Game Pass content. You can visit the Xbox Service Status page to see if there are any ongoing service interruptions or issues.



2. Check Xbox Accounts and Subscriptions
Verify that the Xbox account you are currently logged into is associated with a subscription to Xbox Game Pass Ultimate. You can check by following the steps below:
Press the Xbox button to open the Guide and go to Settings > Accounts > Subscriptions.
Ensure that Xbox Game Pass Ultimate is showing as active. If it says “Expired” or “Inactive”, try signing into the correct Microsoft account again.
If you are sure you are using the correct account, try logging out and logging back in.



3. Check Internet Connection
Make sure your Xbox is connected to the Internet and that your network is stable. Sometimes an unstable network connection may prevent you from accessing Game Pass or online features.
Check if your Xbox is connected to Wi-Fi or Ethernet.
In Settings > Network, select Test Network Connection.
Make sure the network is not down and there are no firewalls or proxy settings blocking Xbox from accessing the Internet.



4. Restart the Xbox console
If the Xbox hasn't been restarted for a long time, it may cause some problems. Try a hard restart:
Press and hold the power button for 10 seconds until the console shuts down.
Unplug the power cord, wait 10-15 seconds, then plug in and start the Xbox again.

Based on your description, it seems like you’re able to sign into the Xbox app and communicate with your friends, but you’re unable to launch your Game Pass games due to an error message that says, “sorry we couldn’t sign you into xbox live”.

"METHOD 1:

1. Windows key>settings>games>xbox network wait for the test to finish and then click on ''fix'' and test again.

2. Then press the Windows Button then type Services.

3. Right-click over the Services App from the list of results.

4. Then select Run as Administrator

5. Scroll to the bottom and find the following services:
IP Helper
Xbox Live Auth Manager,
Xbox Live Game Save,
Xbox Live Networking Service,
Gaming Services.

6. Do this with each of the services listed above.

7. Right-click over the service and select Properties.

8. Find the Startup type section and make sure it’s set to Automatic.

9. If the service isn’t started, click Start to start the services.

10. Click Apply and OK to save changes.

METHOD 2:

Open Powershell as admin and enter the following command.

Get-AppxPackage *xboxapp* | Remove-AppxPackage

After that open the Microsoft Store, and in the upper right corner go out and log in with the account you are trying to log into the Xbox app, look for the app in the store click on ''get'', install it again and see if you can log in now."

After today's xbox update for windows 11, I can't play or download any games from my game pass unlimate. Nothing happens when I click play.

I paid for the Xbox Game Pass and i can't play any game at all, it's quite frustrating...

Can't play any multiplayer-games. Got game-pass, but no live-gold!!??
