    Every time I try to open a game or an app it crashes and says it took to long to start. It’s being doing this for over a day now and I’ve tried restarting it multiple times, unplugging it and leaving it for a few hours and turning it back on. I can’t open settings because it just displays the took too long to start message as well. Does anyone have any solutions to fix this? I’ve had this Xbox One for over 6 years and I’d be really sad to never be able to play it again.

    Can I play Xbox and pc at same time using gamepass ultimate?

    How? One was playing brotato and the other Fortnite but kept booting each other out of their game whenever the other tried playing theirs.

    Am I correct in saying that I just download this on the PC (https://www.xbox.com/en-US/apps/xbox-app-for-pc) then log in using email that’s linked to my Xbox gamepass? Or is there something I am missing and I can’t play 2 different games at the same time currently.

    playing any game on the console even Xbox one games that were made for it.

    It keeps saying that they can’t use MY account because it’s not downloaded completely but my account is the parent account so I don’t see how that’s an issue.

    Could you try to factory reset your console by bringing up the Xbox Startup Troubleshooter?

    Bring up the Xbox Startup Troubleshooter:

    “Power off your console, and then unplug the power cord to ensure that the console is completely powered off.
    Wait 30 seconds, and then plug the power cord back in.

    Press and hold the Pair button and the Eject button on the console, and then press the Xbox button on the console.

    Note: The Xbox Series S and the Xbox One S All-Digital Edition do not have Eject buttons. You can bring up the Xbox Startup Troubleshooter on this console by holding only the Pair button (steps 3 and 4) and then pressing the Xbox button.

    Continue holding the Pair and Eject buttons for 10–15 seconds.

    Listen for two “power-up” tones a couple of seconds apart. You can release the Pair and Eject buttons after the second power-up tone.

    The console should power up and take you directly to the Xbox Startup Troubleshooter.”

    Did you select the “keep my games and apps” on the Xbox startup troubleshooter?

    If your answer is affirmative, you may want to try again and select instead “remove everything”.

    Just make sure to know the credentials for every profile registered on the console.

    Additionally, it is important to clarify that your saved data in games is uploaded to the cloud as long as your Xbox was connected to the internet before the issue.
