I can't play any games on the Xbox Pc App with game pass

Hi, I have tried to fix this problem but I cannot do it. I wrote to microsoft support and they tried to help me, but they weren't able to fix the problem. They told me to submit a ticket. So there it is. I really hope someone can help me because I cannont play any of the games on the xbox game pass.

Here are the errors codes I have when I try to play the games that are installed : 0x87E10BD0.

I tried many things and I will try to do list a list of them here :

- I repaired the app and reinitialized (Store and Xbox), installed windows 11, did all the updtaes, restarted my laptop a few times, disconnected and reconnected my acount to the same and good account

- Open the Settings app (the gear in the start menu)
Open Accounts
Click Sign-in Options
Scroll down to Privacy
Uncheck "Use my sign-in info to automatically finish setting up my device and reopen my apps after an update and restart."
Restart your device

- ✓ WINDOWS UPDATE
Kindly check first if there is an available update in your OS by doing these steps.
Select the Start button, then select Settings > Update & security > Windows Update.

If you want to check for updates manually, select Check for updates.
Select Advanced options, and then under Choose how updates are installed, select Automatic (recommended).

✓ CLEAR CACHES
a) Search Disk Cleanup on the startup menu
Select your OS drive
Mark Temporary Files
Hit Clean up
Okay

b) Then search CMD and Run as Admin (right-click on it to select admin permission)
Type
Ipconfig/flushDNS

Hit Enter

✓ Please sign out of the following:
Xbox app, EA desktop, MS store, and PC

✓ RUN WINDOWS STORE TROUBLESHOOTER
Click on Start and select Settings.
Choose Update and security.
Click on Troubleshoot option.
Scroll down and click on Windows Store Apps and click on Run the Troubleshooter.

The troubleshooter will scan the system for any problem related to the Windows Store and recommend fixes accordingly.

✓ RESET THE XBOX APP
Click Start and click Settings.
Select Apps on
Select Apps & features.
Find the Xbox app and click Advanced options.
Click Reset.
Restart your device so that the changes can take effect. Sign in to the Xbox app and check if the same issue occurs.

✓ RESET WINDOWS STORE CACHE
Close store app
Press Windows Key+R to open the run command
Type
WSreset.exe
And press Enter
Let the blank page process
The store will start automatically.

✓ Hold down your PC power button till it shuts down
Turn it back on after 5 minutes and sign in back the correct account.
Then retry your game installation.

- Select the Search icon on the taskbar, type PowerShell, right-click on Windows PowerShell, and then select Run as administrator.

In Windows PowerShell, type the following command and press Enter:

get-appxpackage Microsoft.GamingServices | remove-AppxPackage -allusers

In the same window, type the following command and press Enter:

start ms-windows-store://pdp/?productid=9MWPM2CQNLHN

Install the app on that page and select Yes when you receive the User Account Control (UAC) prompt.

Restart your device and try to install the game again.

- Check your time and location settings: Select Start , then select Settings > Time & Language. Select Date & time to verify your time settings and select Region to check your location. These settings need to show your current location and time zone.

I really hope there is a way to fix this.
