i cant play any game

hi there, i'm very, very new to xbox and I really need someone's help because i'm getting very upset about this, I just bought an xbox one S, got the game hitman also which is not internet requires because I'm not really a good player, I just want to play
on my own until I get better, for some reason the game won't start after the inserted the cd in the xbox, no site of it on my tv screen, is there anyway I could play the game without log in or be connected to the internet, please need some help, thank you

Hey there rex,

Sorry to hear you are running into these problems. Now when you are saying that you wan't to play games without internet, Have you already gone through your settings and turned on your consoles

offline mode?

Go ahead and set up your Home Xbox first and once your
Home console is set to your console you can go ahead and turn on the Offline mode. Give this a try and let us know of any changes.

Same thing happened to me today first and only issue I had but holding power down fixed it. MS will update and fix asap im sure of that.

Try power cycling the console by holding the power button for 10 seconds to see if that solves your issue.

Hello there, the hitman just downloaded....good thing i guessed but now i still can't see it where that at or play it, what should i do or where to go to start playing, i know is not hard to figure it out i guess im just so stupid to do it, any help please,
