I can't play any game on Xbox one that I own because I can't sign in

I try to launch nba 2k to at least play some offline career. Nope. I get stuck in a loop asking me to sign in, when I go to do so after about ten seconds it says there was a problem, and sends me right back to the sign in page. If I press 'close' it wont
close. It opens right back up to the sign in page.

So I try to play assassins creed. Same issue. Can't even make it to the menu.

Its great having a massive 500$ paper weight

It sounds like your account may not own the game digitally, was there another account that may have purchased the game instead that is on your Xbox One? Are you able to see the purchase on the Gamertag you're posting from on our
Microsoft Commerce page? If you do not see the purchase on that page, the account you're posting from may not own the game. The best route to take for license issues will be our chat support team
on our Contact Us page, who will be able to let you know if you do own the game digitally or not.

Also do keep in mind that we work oldest to newest, and bumping your thread may increase the amount of time it takes for us to respond. Hope this helps!

If you are still "online" go to the network settings and hit go offline. See if that works.

Same here, the support page lists all the apps as 'up and running' but if you can't sign in the box is basically useless.

Everything requires you to sign in, Is there a way around this?

Why is a live account required to use Netflix?...... Stupidity

If this doesn't change by unhinging Live from use of the console, as soon as my live acct runs out, this thing is going up on eBay and I'm PS4 bound.... Tired of dealing with stupid.

Go to network settings , go offline , Sign in to your xbox one, then go back to settings and go back online.

It worked for me if anyone else can confirm that it works for you at least its a temporary work around until xbox gets their *** together

Same here.

Works fine on Xbox One and PC, doesn't work on 360. I own a lot of digital 360 games and can't play any of them because of this.
