    I can’t play any backwards compatible game


    I’ve tried everything to play Left 4 Dead 2 (not only this backwards compatible game) on Series X but whenever i start the game, it appears a window trying to recover my cloud data on Xbox 360 but after that, the game starts but my profile wasn’t downloaded,
    after that i try to sign in on the xbox 360 menu, and it gets worse, it says that the console can’t login on Xbox Live and i’ve tried everything, connecting the console via ethernet, wifi, phone hotspot, get rid of my account then recover it again, change
    my privacy settings, changing the nat, and nothing works.

    Xbox backwards compatibility

    Hello Gamer! Backwards compatibility means the version before the current which for example if an Xbox 1 game is backwards compatible it can be played with Xbox 1 and Xbox 360. Which means a backwards compatible game for the Xbox 360 can’t be played with
    an Xbox 1.
