I can't play a game that I already had

When I had the xbox 360 it came with a code that let me download Tomb Raider, and now that I have the Xbox One it dont let me play Tomb Raider, it says that I cant use that game until I get a xbox game pass, I'm very disgusted with this situation.

hello,xbox I already download tomb raider:définitive edition,and I uninstall the game cause i was need space to download a other game but now i want to re-install the game but in my ready to install the game is not there and after I go to the store to see
if that was a bug but I need to pay so plz can you give me the game again help me plz I want to play this game again.

Make sure you have purchased the game under your account and that game is part of the backward compatibility list as found here: Available games

Sometimes gamers use more than one account so you have to make sure the purchase was made through the account you are using now as shown here: View Xbox Live Download History | Xbox 360

There is no game simply named “Tomb Raider” that is backwards compatable.

There are three “Tomb Raider” games that are: Underworld, Anniversary, and Legend.
