I can’t play a digital game I bought.

I recetly purchased Fight Night on my Xbox one and it’s not letting me play the game. It keeps saying “Do you own this game or app”. I have unistalled and installe the game, check my purchases history and bank history, and as well followed all the steps
on xbox assist for troobleshooting games and nothing work what could it be?

Thank you for taking the time to reply to this thread.

If you are unable to install your game via your console, I would suggest that from your

Order hisotry, you attempt to install the game remotley. This will also allow you to verify ownership of the title as well.

Alternatively, you can always install your game remotely using the

Xbox Console Companion App.

Not sure what happen but started up my xbox one and the message came out “ready to play” I’m guessing it fix by itself? Becuase the game is working now

I followed the steps you provided, but still no luck the same message keeps popping up “Do you own this game or app”. Not sure what to do now.
