    I can't personalize my gamer pic since last year


    I had a personalized profile pic on Xbox for a long time, but i wanted to change it. When I did, it said that "I should wait until they verify it's okay" and it's like this since last year. And when they said I should wait, instead of letting me with the old personalize pic I used to use, they set me a random Xbox picture and i can't change it back. I tried uploading on the PC Xbox App, mobile app as well with a USB drive on my Xbox. Neither worked, and i'm in the line to change my pfp since november/december.

    Guys Be careful using certain gamerpics

    Don't think i've ever changed my gamer pic since the 2nd day i purchased my console and that was about 4 years ago.

    I can't access the beta forums either, and after I got on the beta my gamer pic appears as a picture in picture using my gamer pic as a smaller pic in the upper left corner of the square, but it uses someone else's gamerpic as the larger pic :(

    Well you can only take a pic of a pic so I don't think there would be any violation since it is for no personal gain.

    I have a pic of a pic and have never had any problem - you can't read the text on it but you can kinda make out the picture.

    Was just about to post a similar comment. I personally use a screenshot of my avatar as my gamer pic.
