I cant pay my xbox live suscription

I been trying to pay my suspended suscription on my xbox but it wont let me i tought the credit card was blocked by the bank, contacted them and said they didnt done anything.

Even tried cancelling my xbox live suscription but the site says : "sorry, we are having trouble too show the information, try again later".

i been trying for a whole month, i just want to play some xbox

expired suscription

i want to pay an expire suscription, i do the payment work in the page and the card doesnt work i already tried with like 4 cards of my parents and it doesnt work please i cant even join in my xbox because it says that i need to pay the expired suscription
HELP ME.

PD: i cant join in my xbox to look around my account and see the card options in the console.

And i dont cant pay i dont know because for i have money i neeed recharge renew my suscription for pay now

So you say that if I stop paying Live suscription but another account in my home Xbox One starts playing it; in order for that account to play the Games with Gold I downloaded before, he needs to sign in with my account which does not have Live and also
sign in with his account whch has Gold suscription activated?
