    I can’t pay for Xbox Live with my Account Balance? I have no credit/debit cards.


    I have always payed for xbox live, and gamepass with my account balance, why can’t i pay with it now? I have no credit cards to use for this payment, my mother thinks that it will steal her money if she puts her information in so she won’t help. What am
    i supposed to do? This is unfair.

    Xbox live - paying with xbox balance

    Sorry but you can't use your account balance to pay for xbox live.

    You would need a credit/debit card,paypal account or a live subscription card.

    It didn't seem to work. My account balance is visible, but the link you sent says I can only pay with a credit card, debit card, or an eWallet. There is still no option to use my account credits.

    If you are suspended for payment pptions then you can only use credit or debit card to lift the suspensjon

    purchase a pre paid gold or ultimate card and to keep your mother happy ask her to pay for it via paypal.
