I can't open the xbox app

Discus and support I can't open the xbox app in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; im trying to open minecraft but it wont open so i went to the xbox app to try to fix it but my xbox app not leting me reinstall it the xbox app dosen't...     I can't open the xbox app


    im trying to open minecraft but it wont open so i went to the xbox app to try to fix it but my xbox app not leting me reinstall it the xbox app dosen't open it just says loding the xbox app then it says for like 2 seconds that the app is not responding that i should try restarting it but it closes before i can press the restart button i just got a new motherbored so i don't know if thats part of the problem i have no idea why i cant open the app i dont have the error mesege from minecraft and i cant get the one from xbox ethier becuse i cant take screenshot for some reson
