Nope. I am sorry but you can't transfer gamer points from one profile to another but why can't you use your old profile?

Same problem for me, I've got it after creating my profile in Windows 10 Xbox App. And it looks like Xbox Support don't know how to or don't want to solve this problem.

A hard reset may solve this problem. Hold down the power button until the system shuts down and unplug the power cable. Wait for 5 min and plug it back in and restart the console

Press the Xbox button to open the guide.
Select System > Settings > System > Console info.
Select Reset console.
On the Reset your console screen use options Reset and keep my games & apps.
