like has been said, accounts are non transferrable, the xbox account IS the microsoft account. and technically the xbox account belongs to your sister, you would have to start over. a child account should have been created for you if you were not old enough at the time.

as long as here account is set as home on the console you can still access the games.

No when I made my xbox account I used my sisters email since i was underage at the time but now I want to move it to my own account but I can't.

Oh, I see. Mate, unfortunately, there's no way to transfer the data from one account to another, so, there's no way to use your gamertag set in this account, on any other that you have. :/
