I can't move and do anything!

Thank's for the reply, i tried everything that you said and nothing changed, the only thing that works it's the mouse, but besides that, stills the same, cannot move, all the keyboard keys don't work, that goes for typing and changing controls.

What steps have you taken so far?

First, make sure to install the latest updates of your Windows and get all available updates from the Microsoft Store:

You might as well repair & reset the game itself:

I appreciate your efforts. Have you already tried to reinstall the game instead? If not yet, please uninstall the game then restart your PC. Try to install the game this time through the Xbox app.

Hey LuckyEvan! You should be able to restart with a 10 second press of the power button to turn the console off and another press to power it back on. Additionally, can you post some screenshots of what you're seeing when you try to access settings? Thanks!
