I cant mod games because they are on D Drive

Hi, i am trying to mod Skyrim: Special Edition with external mods however since the game is located in a separate drive to my ModifiableWindowsApps folder i cant seem to find a way to mod them. I have tried creating a symlink between the folders although it seems that is impossible even with admin privileges, I also do not have enough space on the drive the folder is on and I cannot clear out said drive without possibly breaking a thing or two. is there any other alternatives to being able to do this? Thanks

In this case the best option is move the game to the C: drive

You cannot mod these games using third party mods. Game Pass games are encrypted

There is a mod menu inside the game with official mods. These are the only ones that will work

You can try taking ownership of the folder and then try again:
Press Windows + E and go to the drive where folder is then right click on it and select properties > Go to the Security tab and select Advanced:

Click on Continue in the Permissions tab > Select Change > Click Advanced in the Select User or Group window, then Find now:

Select your user account and click on Ok > Click on Ok and Apply on every window and close them.

If that doesn’t work, as far as I know there is no other way to do that :c
You may need to install the game on the C: drive

Just an FYI, MODs here cant fix that. That would be a DEV issue........well maybe if a Mod was a Dev. I think they would still have a "D" and not an "M".
