I CAN'T MESSAGE PEOPLE

Are you getting an error when you try to message people? What is the error you are getting?

Have you checked enforcement.xbox.com to see if you have a communications ban?

Make sure maybe you violated code of conduct and get banned! Check link below~

As of now we are not having any issues reagrding sending messsages on xbox live. You can always check the status yourself here: https://support.xbox.com/en-US/xbox-live-status . Check this possible
solution guide and see if that works for you: https://support.xbox.com/en-US/xbox-one/xbox-live/cant-send-messages . Additionally make sure that you have not an active enforcment
action on your account, you can always check that here: http://enforcement.xbox.com and if you are a member of the preview program make sure to check your release notes for any possible solutions . View release notes

through the Xbox App by any chance to see if the same issue persist?
